This is an open level class that is focused on yoga fundamentals. Be guided through surya namaskars, warrior poses, folds and hip openers.

Our session will begin with breathwork to center the mind and prepare the body, then flow into a series of invigorating movements for a felt-sense of body-mind centering. We will end the class with meditation to awaken the consciousness that lies within.

About the teacher

Teacher Rissa is an Ashtanga-Vinyasa certified yoga teacher. Her classes include Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Chair Yoga, and Gentle Flow.

Can I drop in?

Absolutely, you're welcome to join! Just a friendly heads-up, we can only accommodate up to 6 students per class, so booking in advance would be highly recommended so we can reserve your slot.

Do I have to bring anything?

Yes, please bring your own mat. If you don't have one, we also offer mat rental for only P50. Other props are provided for free.
