Rescheduling Policy

For regular classes

As a small studio, we can only accommodate up to 6 students per class, and we do our best to ensure each slot is thoughtfully reserved so everyone has a chance to join.

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to make any adjustments, please message us  at @sunspacemakati or on Viber at 0917 302 8560.

With that in mind, here is our rescheduling policy.

For cancellations less than 24 hours before class, we’ll offer your slot out and let you know if someone takes your place.

If it’s filled, we’ll send you a 100% discount to rebook anytime.

If no one takes the spot, the booking will unfortunately be forfeited.

No-shows will also forfeit their booking.

 

For events and workshops

Since events are one-off gatherings and exclusive to a limited number of slots, event and workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to class credits or other workshops.

You may transfer your slot to a friend if you're unable to make it, or we may also help offer it out for you. 🤗
