Rescheduling Policy
For regular classes
As a small studio, we can only accommodate up to 6 students per class, and we do our best to ensure each slot is thoughtfully reserved so everyone has a chance to join.
We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to make any adjustments, please message us at @sunspacemakati or on Viber at 0917 302 8560.
With that in mind, here is our rescheduling policy.
Rescheduling is allowed 24 hours before the class schedule.
If you let us know in advance that you can’t attend, we’ll open your slot to others. If your spot is filled, you’ll receive a 100% credit that you can use to rebook anytime.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, the slot will be forfeited if it remains unfilled, but we’ll offer a ₱250 credit.
- For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, the slot will be forfeited if no one is able to take your place.
- No-shows will result in the loss of your booking.

For private classes
Rescheduling is allowed 24 hours before the class schedule.
- For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, booking will be forfeited as the teacher's time and studio have been reserved for you.
- No-shows will result in the loss of your booking.
For events and workshops
Since events are one-off gatherings and exclusive to a limited number of slots, event and workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to class credits or other workshops.
You may transfer your slot to a friend if you're unable to make it, or we may also help offer it out for you. 🤗
