Rescheduling Policy

For regular classes

Bookings are non-refundable but you may ask to reschedule or transfer your reservation to someone else.

For rescheduling, please let us know at least 24 hours before the class so we may offer your slot to someone else.

For less than 24 hours late notice, booking is forfeited, but we'll give you a 50% discount on your next class.

For less than 3 hours late notice and no-shows, booking is automatically forfeited as the slot has been reserved for you.

For events and workshops

Since events are one-off gatherings and exclusive to a limited number of slots, event and workshop tickets are non-refundable but transferable so you may ask a friend to take your slot in case you're unable to make it.

For no-shows, booking is automatically forfeited.
