Are the yoga classes okay for beginners?

Yes, all our classes are open level and beginner-friendly. We believe that yoga is all about mindfulness and embodying flow so come as you are.

What types of classes do you teach?

We teach yoga fundamentals, gentle flow, embodied yoga, and somatic expressions from Monday to Saturday. We also hold cacao ceremonies, sound bath healing sessions, and other soulful gatherings on weekends.

Do I have to bring my own mat?

Yes, please do if you have one. We also have rental at the studio for only P50. All other props are provided for free.

What should I wear?

Anything goes! Just be comfy. :)

What's your cancellation policy?

Bookings are non-refundable but you may ask to reschedule or transfer your reservation to someone else. For rescheduling, please let us know at least 24 hours before the class.

For less than 24 hours notice, we'll try to offer your slot. If someone takes it, we can reschedule for free. Otherwise, we'll give you a 50% discount on your next booking.

For no-shows, booking is forfeited.

Do you hold private classes?

Yes, we offer 1-on-1 sessions or exclusive classes for groups scheduled at your own time should you want a private space to explore your practice deeper. You may book DM us on Instagram at @sunspacemakati or send us an email at sunspacemakati@gmail.com. 

What happens in between yoga hours?

The space is open for rental in between yoga hours. We also serve tea or cacao sometimes.

On special days, we also host other conscious and creative gatherings for the community like art workshops, local brand pop-ups, and movie nights. Follow us on Instagram at @sunspacemakati to stay on the loop.

Do you rent out the space for private events?

Yes, the space is open for rentals outside of yoga hours. Usual set-up is 70/30 profit-sharing, plus a small minimum rate per hour.
