Teacher Ana is a yoga and somatic practitioner, movement artist, and community gatherer with years of experience guiding embodied practices and community healing. She’s trained internationally with global experts at Embody Lab and certified in Embodied Flow in Bali.

Absolutely, you're welcome to join! Just a friendly heads-up, we can only accommodate up to 6 students per class, so booking in advance would be highly recommended so we can reserve your slot.
