Take a moment to reconnect with your body in a session designed for restoration and re-centering. A blend of the calm stillness of yin poses with gentle, flowing yang movements. This harmonious practice nurtures balance, flexibility, and relaxation.
Our session will begin with breathwork to center the mind and prepare the body, then flow into a series of deep stretches and long pauses for a felt-sense of the sensations in the shape. We will end the class with meditation to awaken the consciousness that lies within.

Sunny is a yoga and somatics teacher trained under the Embodied Flow practice in Bali. Her classes are rooted in hatha yoga, somatic expressions, body-mind centering, and non-dual philosophy.

Yes, please bring your own mat. If you don't have one, we also offer mat rental for only P50. Other props are provided for free.
