Breathe in. Breathe out.

In our classes, we use the body as a vehicle for awakening, guiding us through the felt sense of Self through a combination of breathwork, meditation and movement.

We will explore the intricate dance of movement in meditation as we seamlessly weave our practice into the tapestry of our daily lives, fostering a continuous state of mindfulness in each moment.
