A gentle Pilates class crafted with postpartum mamas in mind, designed to nurture your core and bring a little calm back to your body. We’ll flow through soft breath work, gentle stretches, and light, diastasis recti-safe exercises to wake up your deep core and pelvic floor.
This self-care session is all about reconnecting with yourself after childbirth. No experience needed, but doctor's clearance required.
Can I join even if I'm not a new mother/post-partum?
Yes, this class is also perfect for anyone craving a kind, slow way to nurture the body.

Absolutely, you're welcome to join! Just a friendly heads-up, we can only accommodate up to 6 students per class, so booking in advance would be highly recommended so we can reserve your slot.

Yes, please bring your own mat. If you don't have one, we also offer mat rental for only P50. Other props are provided for free.
