You may be wondering why class passes are paid for manually. We wanted to share a little bit of the reason behind this 🥺
For every online payment, the payment platform (Hitpay) charges us 2.3% per transaction, while our booking platform (Shopify) takes an additional 2% of what you pay us. Since our class passes are already offered at a discounted rate per class, absorbing these fees would mean increasing the price of the passes.
We’d really rather keep our class passes at their current affordable prices, so we’ve chosen to keep payment through GCash or BPI bank transfer instead.
It’s a little more manual on both our ends (and we're really sorry about this!), but it helps us keep our classes as affordable as we can. 🤍 Thank you for understanding and for supporting our little shala!
